1. Who we are

DID & DIALER is operated by ROXEN ORIGINAL (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company incorporated in Pakistan under the Companies Act, 2017 (SECP Corporate Unique Identification No. 0236605). In this policy, "we," "us," and "the Company" refer to ROXEN ORIGINAL (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED.

2. What information we collect

To provide the Service, we collect and store:

  • Account information — your name, email address, phone number, and business details provided when you sign up.
  • Verification documents — identity or business documents you submit as part of account verification.
  • Call data — call metadata (numbers dialed or received, timestamps, duration, status) and call recordings, for every call made or received through the Service.
  • Call transcripts — where a workspace has enabled transcription, text transcripts of the calls on which an agent turned transcription on.
  • Billing information — package selection, balance, minutes consumed, and payment records.
  • Usage and technical data — IP addresses, device and login information, and activity logs.
  • Website analytics data — information about how visitors use our public website, collected through Google Analytics (see section 5).

3. Call recording, transcription, and monitoring

Calls made and received through the Service may be recorded. Authorized personnel may also monitor live calls, including calls on newly created or flagged accounts, for the purpose of detecting fraud, scam activity, or violations of our Terms & Conditions. By using the Service, you consent to this recording and monitoring.

Call transcription. Transcription is off by default and is enabled for individual agents by the workspace manager. When an agent turns transcription on for a call, the audio of that call is sent to a third-party speech-recognition service provider, located in the United States, solely to convert speech to text. The provider processes the audio only to deliver this service and under its own data-processing terms. Transcripts are stored in our platform alongside the call record and are visible only to the workspace's authorized users.

You are responsible for giving any notice and obtaining any consent that the law requires from the people on your calls before recording or transcribing them.

4. Why we use this information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • To verify your identity and prevent fraudulent use of the Service
  • To bill for usage and manage your account
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent scam, fraud, or other unlawful activity
  • To comply with legal obligations

5. Website analytics and cookies

Our public website (didndialer.com) uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the website that referred you, your browser and device type, and your approximate location. We use this information only in aggregate, to understand how our website is used and to improve it. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Google processes this information under its own privacy policy, which you can read at policies.google.com/privacy. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by blocking cookies in your browser settings or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Our application (the dashboards and agent console) stores a login token in your browser so that you stay signed in when you refresh a page. This storage is strictly necessary for the Service to work and is removed when you sign out.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • With our underlying telecommunications carrier(s), to the extent necessary to provide the Service

  • Where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request

7. International processing

We operate from Pakistan, and our servers and service providers are located in other countries, including the United States and India. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be processed in countries other than the one you live in.

8. Data retention

We retain account, call, transcript, and billing information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes, or as required by applicable law.

9. Your choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to request its deletion, subject to our legal and operational retention obligations. Requests can be sent to [email protected].

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
